We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If you notice any damage when you receive your package, notify us right away; please send pictures of broken items and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.  Do the Honors will pay return shipping costs for a product that arrives broken or damaged, or is defective in any way, or is not the product that was ordered.
